In April 2005 I drove to Georgia from Boston to try to find a new home.I made arrangements with a Century 21 agent as well as mutel reservations, for an entire week. On the last day of my stay, a Saturday,I still had not found a property. When I showed up as always at the Century 21 office the agent who had agreed to work with me was no where to be found.The office manager bluntly informed me that he did not know where she was, had no intention of assigning another agent and would give me 5 minutes to make a phone call before he locked the office and went home. I was 5 minutes from driving back to Boston to start over again in another part of the country. Thank God that my one, last call happened to find John and Shirley Pfannkuch. They invited me to there office--optimisticly told me to extend my stay 2 more days and then worked dilligently with me to find what I was looking for. I am a Georgia resident today and owe it to John and Shirley
I highly recommend John and Shirley to any customer who values integrity, hard work and tremendous real estate knowlege.
